Freedom Was Sailing... Freedom Was Drowned...

It is when no words could possibly do what's happening justice, that I choose to stay silent.

often the sound of silence is the most powerful.

InshAllah ya Whisper wa ne3ma bellah.

You're right Frank, I think in some situations it is much better to stay silent.

Ahmad, you can say that when you're talking about governments, being silent because you're mourning the loss of souls and the loss of our dignity as Arabs is not like being silent when you should speak up and defend someone, you either misunderstood the quote or misunderstood my reason for choosing to stay silent. I could go on and on about what Israel does every day, but what use would it be of if I did? People talk about it everyday and there were probably millions of posts that day, I couldn't find the words to express my sadness and it's not like I stayed silent like a bystander watching a crime.

i was talking about governments! what happed was expected from criminals, but what makes me sad is how the worlds governments did nothing about it,people are cheering for Ardogan for what he said and what he did,but when you think about it it was the least anybody could do after what happed,i understand what you said, and i wasn't replying to it,everything thats happening right now made me think of that quote and so i wrote it.
