Poll: New Commenting System, Hot or Not?

So I was thinking Blogger's comment system is blegh and I want threaded view, I searched a little and dug up this tool for a better commenting experience, you can reply to comments, insert smilies, embed YouTube videos and show a link to your last blog post if you have one. Oh and most importantly: check spelling ;) (I swear that's not my secret reason behind the whole thing).

But since I'm the one writing the posts and you guys are the ones commenting on them, it's up to you to decide if I should keep it or lose it, so post a comment, any comment, here to test it and tell me what you think by taking the poll after you try to comment.

You insert your own blog or site's URL and it shows your most recent post, like Whisper did above. Thanks Amer ;)

I like it Rand, although I'm not so keen on embedding videos and inserting URLs or sites because I just think you're bound to get random annoying and irrelevant ones!

I can always disable the YouTube or block a certain IP if they get annoying ;)

It can be added to Wordpress too, but I like yours already, Wordpress comments are much better than Blogger's, I like threaded view of replies and Wordpress already has those. So far I recommend it, we'll see how it goes. Thanks ;)

I was worried I'd lose some readers, plus the process is just :S
This one also automatically filters spam and it's easy to block unwanted commenters by their IP, I'll test it for a while and see how it goes. Hey it's your first comment here isn't it!?

Wordpress REINVENTED Blogging, they are super specialized in blogging, immigrating to wordpress is as easy as 1-2-3, google about going from blogger to wordpress.

They have Akismet SUPER spam fighter, and many many tools to customize your blog even if you don't know how to write one single command line.

See this nested comments?, well worpdress was the one who adapted 1st, and gave it to all, since every single code there is OPEN-SOURCE.

Plus, when you go to wordpress, you have automatically a free nice mobile version of your site, try visiting my blog on your mobile and you will see.

You always redirect your readers by a simple notion, keep your blog here, and whenever a they visit your blog they will go there, this way you can figure out the one who really follows you.

Plus if you feedburned your RSS, you wont lose any RSS reader, you just need to go to feedburner and re enter your new feed provider.

Oh, did I mention they have a built in e-mail subscription with a very nice mail template.

What are you paid to do this?
If I'm not happy with this I'll do what you said, I think I rushed things when I started on Blogger but then again I learned so many things trying to mess with my HTML to improve the blog, you gotta admit it's impressive for someone who doesn't know anything about these things :P

I agree with Sarah about you'll be getting irrelevant videos ;) but I like it
and it would be better if the comment luv said "Your site URL" if possible.

it is similar to WordPress where u should post ur own info. If u were on logged to ur blogger account it would just do it by itself ;-)

it's better, but you should know it has some problems, for example:
-i was logged in as Kyle Rush, some one who forgot to log-out
-i hate the nested replies, like a reply for a reply for a reply for a comment!

Well Tamer, these aren't real problems are they? Someone forgetting to logout is not a problem with the commenting system, just like if you wanted to use your email and found out that someone hadn't logged out, would you say that Hotmail has a problem then?
Also, I love nested replies! They allow me to reply to my readers individually and without having to go:
Tamer, bla bla bla
Frank, bla bla bla
and so on, threaded view is one of the main reasons I installed this
However, I do appreciate your feedback, it's the readers' opinion that matters to me after all

Rand i meant i found someone logged on my personal computer, it's not like i used a public computer and found someone who still logged in, so it has to be a problem.
Also i kinda agree with the nested replies now...you have a point
